Our Leadership Team

Pastor Doug Sampley was raised in a Christian home and was led to Christ at the age of 16. Soon after, he sensed God's call to full-time ministry and attended Central Bible College where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Theology in 1987. Pastor Sampley then went on to earn his Master of Arts in Biblical Literature in 1991 and has been ordained with the Assemblies of God since 1993.

Before coming to Marshfield Assembly of God in December of 2007, Pastor Sampley served in three other churches. From 1987 to 1990 he was youth pastor at First Assembly of God in Winfield, KS. Then he spent 4 years as the associate pastor at First Assembly of God in Topeka, KS. In 1995, Pastor Sampley became senior pastor at First Assembly of God in Bristow, OK, where he served for nearly 13 years.

He and his wife, Cheri, have been married since 1986. They have three children: Leslie, John, and Joshua along with 2 grandchildren: Jera and Isaac.

Pastor Sampley enjoys reading, golfing, fishing, playing the piano, singing, relaxing and watching his beloved Oklahoma Sooners. He always has a friendly smile and a warm handshake for anyone who visits Marshfield Assembly.

Pastor Fred Lawley was born and raised in LA (lower Alabama) in a God-fearing home. He served twenty years in the military where he rededicated his life to the Lord.  After retiring from the Army, Pastor Lawley attended Central Bible College and became a minister with the Assemblies of God. He and his wife, Bonnie, soon pioneered a church in Phillipsburg, Missouri, which is still a growing and active church today.

In May of 1977, Pastor Lawley was elected as senior pastor of Marshfield Assembly of God and served in that capacity until November of 1991. When they came to Marshfield, the church was located on East Washington and moved to Commercial Street in the building that is now the puppet theater. He returned to our church as assistant pastor in 2002 and is a vital part of our ministry.

The Lawleys have five children, eleven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. With a self-confessed soft spot for kids, Pastor Lawley can often be seen sneaking rolls of Smarties candies into the hands of lucky little ones on Sunday mornings.

Feeling the call of God on her life at an early age, Pastor Keshia Williams is currently pursuing her ministerial studies at Central Bible College to become a youth pastor/counselor. She accepted the position of Children's Pastor at Marshfield Assembly of God in September of 2007 to further fulfill her calling.

Born in Guam in 1989, Pastor Keshia and her family moved to Marshfield when she was still a toddler and have attended Marshfield Assembly of God since April of 1991. She has been very active at our church, excelling in variety of youth activities including Junior Bible Quiz, Missionettes (where she received the Honor Star), and Fine Arts. Never to be outdone by a bunch of boys (or her 2 brothers) she was also Marshfield Assembly of God's first female Royal Ranger.

An avid sports lover, Pastor Keshia was very active during her high school years, participating in various sports including volleyball, soccer, track, and football. She also played on the city league soccer, softball and basketball teams. In addition, Pastor Keshia was a member of the National Honor Society, was Student Body President and Rally Day Queen in 2007.

It has been our amazing privilege to watch to this fun, energetic little girl grow up into a beautiful, young woman who serves the Lord with such a fierce, unwavering passion. Pastor Keshia is the cornerstone of our Kid's Ministry and a tremendous asset to Marshfield Assembly of God.

Cole Dudiak is our Youth Pastor at Marshfield Assembly of God. A native of Cumberland, MD, Cole is a 2004 graduate of Allegany High School, where he excelled in sports and academics. After giving his life to Christ as a teenager, Cole felt God’s prompting to pursue youth ministry, where he could use his many talents and experiences to help lead other teens to the Lord and guide them through the tumultuous adolescent years.

In 2010, Cole graduated from Valley Forge Christian College with a B.A. in Youth Ministry.  Just a few weeks later, he married “the love of his life”, Lori Yoder, and within a month they had accepted the position as our youth ministers and were moving into their first home here in Marshfield. “Our first visit to Marshfield was the day after my college graduation,” Cole recalls. “The church welcomed us with so much love and it was then that our hearts began to connect… it could not have been any clearer that God was leading us to Marshfield, MO. Lori and I are very excited to be a part of the team here at MAG and find it difficult to express in words how grateful we are to our Heavenly Father for leading us to this amazing church.”

Through their ministry, IMPACT|417, Cole and Lori have already seen a tremendous move of the Spirit. “Our youth services have been dynamic and the Holy Spirit has filled that upper room on many occasions,” Cole adds, “It has been an amazing experience seeing new students come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, and to see the growth in these awesome students. Some have broken out of their comfort zones, and are leading and inviting God’s Holy Spirit to hover in the midst of IMPACT | 417. We praise God for what he has done in this youth ministry, what he is doing, and what he will continue to do in the future of this ministry, and in this church.”

We are truly blessed Cole and Lori on staff here at Marshfield Assembly of God. And as we are blessed, they are being blessed as well, expecting their first child (Josiah) in March 2011. God is good!
